Ron, I posted the poll because of this thread! Michael, who I have the utmost respect for, and I were going round in circles so I just though a poll was appropriate!
As to your other point. The association, if it ever happens, need not be time consuming. We have the very medium we are using now to conducy our affairs! I'm probably 4000 miles away from you and yet we can communicate in real time for very little cost!
Let's get the fors and againsts on the poll and see where we stand but there is a lot of negativity both here (Britain) and over there which I don't grasp too clearly!
Unions seem to be getting a bashing (no change there, then) but I'm not talking about a union, simply a confederation.

Ok, I think we just about all agree. There are a lot of real benefits to doing that. We just need to make sure we stay on track. Under the circumstances discussed in this topic, I'd change my vote in the other one to definately.

Brian. I'll be more than happy to join anything that may be set up over there but I don't think it would be right for a Brit to start an American Association.

A.K.A. = IKPA
with an retail, Manufacturing, & operators' level for cross education for all into the different aspects of this industry.
