When adding new music do you seem to add the newer releases more often or older song?? |

Most of the stuff I buy specifically for customers are usually older tunes 50's-00's - occasionally i'll get requests for stuff just now on the radio (or within the last couple years) and will pick it up if it's available. |

I do a mix. Requests tend toward older country and 90s Rock but I always throw in some new ones that seem like they might be big. Usually only I end up doing them except Adele seems to have broken through the barrier. They do request new country. I am not getting Zac Brown requests any more but they like Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Trace Atkins and Billy Currington. My last order included some country hits of 1953 and Rihanna/Gaga/Katy Perry plus Iron Maiden, Extreme, Stevie Winwood and Carol King. And now I have a request for Temple of the Dog........ |
