Reply: Hi RIK, When I first heard "My Sweet Lord" decades ago, I never thought it sounded like "He's So Fine", but when I started singing it that's when I really heard the connection between the two songs. This was the first time I saw that YouTube video comparing the two, and got a kick out of that! Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed my rendition. :)

Reply: You are right. What makes it harder is that this arrangement is not the same as the original JM song I am used to. By the very nature of how I record(as I explained on the forums) I just walked up on stage not knowing the arrangement and it takes you by surprise which you have to be prepared for. Karaoke singing is extremely hard to sing to especially on timing. A band backing you and you get off timing it can follow you along, but with a karaoke backing you are stuffed once off time |
